This Policy governs the processing and protection of information when using the TEBYA•NET service — the Android and Windows apps, the tebya.net website, and the Telegram bot @vpntebyanetbot, which provide connection security and privacy. The Service follows the principle of data minimisation and keeps no traffic logs.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) governs the processing and protection of information that the User provides when using the TEBYA•NET service (hereinafter — the “Service”) — the Android and Windows apps, the tebya.net website, and the Telegram bot @vpntebyanetbot.

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of the Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the Service.

2. Collection of information

2.1. The Service follows the principle of data minimisation and does NOT collect, store, or share with third parties:

the history of visited websites and DNS queries;
the contents of network traffic;
the User's real IP address;
information about the applications used.

2.2. To operate, the Service may process the minimum necessary data: an anonymous device identifier (a random UUID created on first launch); technical connection metrics (the fact of connection, approximate traffic volume, app version); when linking Telegram and paying for a subscription — the Telegram identifier and subscription details (without payment card data).

2.3. The Service does not require the User to provide passport data, documents, photographs, or other personal information.

3. Use of information

3.1. The Service may use the information obtained solely for:

ensuring the operation and stability of the connection;
communicating with the User (including notifications and support);
analysing and improving the quality of the Service.

4. Sharing information with third parties

4.1. The Administration does not sell or share the data obtained with third parties, except in the following cases:

if required by law;
if necessary to fulfil obligations to the User (for example, when processing payments through a payment provider);
if the User has given their consent.

4.2. Payments are processed by payment providers. The Service does not receive or store bank card data or other payment details.

5. Cookies and tracking

5.1. The Service's website does not use advertising trackers, social network pixels, or analytics cookies intended for tracking users.

6. Storage and protection of data

6.1. Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.

6.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but does not guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

7. Disclaimer of liability

7.1. The User understands and agrees that transmitting information over the internet always involves risks.

7.2. The Administration is not liable for the loss, theft, or disclosure of data if it occurred through the fault of third parties or the User themselves.

8. Children

8.1. The Service is not intended for persons under 18. The Administration does not knowingly collect data of minors.

9. Changes to the Policy

9.1. The Administration may change the terms of the Policy without prior notice.

9.2. The current version is always available at tebya.net/en/privacy.html. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes the User's agreement with the new version of the Policy.
