01How do I connect an iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV?

Get a personal Pro key in Telegram. Add it to HAPP or INCY on iPhone, iPad and Mac; Apple TV connects through HAPP. One active external key for one device is available per account.

02Where can I start for free?

Free is available in the TEBYA.NET app for Android. An account is optional: a voluntary ad adds VPN time, the exact reward is shown beforehand and up to 24 hours can be stored.

03How many devices work with Pro?

Three devices are included. Add up to 10 slots at a one-time ₽25 each, for up to 13 total. Extra slots work only while Pro is active. Android, Windows and the external key share one pool.

04How does the universal external key work?

One key occupies one slot and works on one device. An account can have at most one unrevoked external key; extra slots do not create more keys. You can switch between HAPP, INCY and v2RayTun on that device without a new key.

05What happens when the network changes?

On Android, Auto selects a profile and restores the connection between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. The Windows app reconnects automatically. External-client behavior depends on the app.
