Data deletion request

TEBYA•NET follows the principle of data minimisation.

The app works anonymously: no name, email address, or registration is required. We do not keep traffic logs or browsing history.

What data may be associated with you

an anonymous device identifier (a random UUID created on first launch);
technical connection metrics (connection event, app version, network type);
Telegram identifier and subscription details — only if you linked Telegram.

How to request deletion

Message the Telegram bot @vpntebyanetbot with a request to delete your data. If possible, include your device identifier (Settings → About) or the linked Telegram account — this will help us find and delete data associated with you faster.

We will delete data associated with you within 30 days of the request.

Automatic deletion

Technical and analytics metrics are automatically deleted after their retention period (up to 30 days). Uninstalling the app stops further data collection.
